Echo Andromeda LLC sells physical merchandise and digital products through this website. The following policy outlines how refunds, replacements, and returns are handled.


Physical Merchandise

Merchandise sold through this store is produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printful.

Because items are printed specifically for each order, returns are handled only in certain situations.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • misprinted
  • or different from what you ordered

please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

When contacting us, please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a brief description of the problem

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.


Size Exchanges

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing an order.

Because merchandise is printed on demand, we cannot guarantee size exchanges. However, if there is a problem with the item itself, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.


Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

Returns for reasons such as:

  • ordering the wrong size
  • changing your mind
  • accidental purchases

may not be eligible for refunds due to the on-demand nature of merchandise production.


Digital Music, Art, and Downloads

Digital products such as:

  • music downloads
  • digital artwork
  • digital media files

are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded, except where required by law.  Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, all digital sales are considered final.
